Refund policy

You will have 7 days from purchase, to initiate a return/exchange for the product.
Do return the product(s) to us in their original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged). Please keep the tags on and receipts safe. We will not be able to take any orders back without them.

 

REFUNDS

We will keep you posted on the status of your refund request once the item for return/exchange has reached us.
We will refund the full amount for returns. Your source account will be credited within 24 hours from the time of us receiving the returned product (in its original condition).
For exchanges, if the original item is of lower value, the difference in amount will be charged to you. If the original item is of higher value, the difference in amount will be refunded to you after successful pick up..
